Provincial Financial Board
Important Notice
A special Synod met September, 2009 and adopted a proposal to move to a new provincial structure. This Synod approved a recommendation to the 2010 Synod that the Provincial Financial Board be disbanded so that its responsibilities can be assigned to entities within the new structure.
If this recommendation is not approved by the 2010 Synod, the Nominations Committee will present a ballot of candidates for the Provincial Financial Board. If the recommendation regarding the disbanding of the Financial Board is approved by the 2010 Synod, there will be no need for this ballot.
How to Apply
The Nominating Committee invites submission of names of those willing to serve if needed. Please complete a Candidate Information Form if interested. To recommend possible candidates for nomination, complete the Candidate Recommendation Form.
Provincial Board Responsibilities
Frequency of meetings: Monthly (second Tuesday) and as needed with individual congregations and/or church boards (approximately 10 per year)
Usual time of meeting: 4:30 p. m. for monthly meetings. Meetings with individual congregation are at night or on weekends
